Account Deletion

Important information about account deletion:

• Your personal account data (name, email, phone, password) will be permanently deleted.
• Clinical records (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes) cannot be deleted due to HIPAA and Minnesota DHS retention requirements (minimum 7 years).
• Audit logs associated with your account will be retained per compliance requirements but de-identified.
• Digital signatures you have applied to clinical documents will remain on those documents.
• This action is irreversible. You will need a new invitation to create a new account.
• Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
